Deep health is a multi-faceted, whole-person, whole-life experience of thriving in all domains: physical, mental, emotional, social, and so on. We don’t want clients to have big muscles but small lives. Or clients who quote, unquote, “look good”, but feel awful inside. We want to help people feel and function well in all aspects of their lives.

What does it include?
Self assessment
Done on your own and provided to your coach
Initial consultation
A 45min - 1hr session where your coach will review the self assessment and help you identify small action items that will move you in the direction of your goals.
Check-ins
Performed weekly/biweekly either in person, over video or phone where your coach will help you decide on next steps each week.
